
What I Offer
I offer supportive, reflective sessions focused on emotional awareness, self-understanding, and relational patterns.
I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I work with women who are navigating emotional overwhelm, stress, life transitions, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or their relationships.
My work is not therapy or clinical treatment. I do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental health services. Instead, I offer a structured, supportive space for reflection, where you can slow down, make sense of your internal experience, and explore your emotions, needs, and patterns with more clarity.
Many of the women I work with are simply trying to understand what they are feeling, why certain patterns keep repeating, and how to reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and honest way.
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and centered on awareness rather than treatment or advice-giving.
I offer sessions in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I hold awareness for cultural background, identity, and life transitions that shape how we experience ourselves and our relationships.
How I Work
My approach is calm, respectful, and collaborative. I prioritize emotional safety, presence, and thoughtful pacing.
