What I Offer
I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling offering counseling-informed, supportive coaching for women and couples. I work with individuals and partners who are navigating emotional stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout, and who are seeking greater clarity, understanding, and connection.
The support I offer is reflective and non-clinical in nature. I do not provide psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. Instead, my work focuses on creating a steady and supportive space where clients can slow down, explore their experiences, and better understand their emotional patterns, values, and needs.
I offer sessions in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I am mindful of cultural, relational, and life-transition experiences that shape how people understand themselves and their relationships.
How I Work
My approach is calm, respectful, and collaborative. I prioritize emotional safety and thoughtful pacing, meeting each person where they are rather than pushing for quick solutions or rigid outcomes.
In our work together, I focus on:
-
Listening carefully and without judgment
-
Helping you clarify thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns
-
Supporting insight, self-understanding, and intentional choices
-
Working at a pace that feels steady and manageable
I believe meaningful change often happens through reflection, awareness, and supportive presence. My role is not to direct or “fix,” but to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and gentle guidance.
