🧍♀️🌳 Walk and Talk Coaching Sessions Experience coaching in motion. Walk and Talk Coaching combines the benefits of traditional coaching with light physical movement in an outdoor setting. These sessions are designed to promote mental clarity, emotional release, and grounded conversation while walking side-by-side in nature or a safe public space. ✅ Ideal for: Clients who feel more at ease moving than sitting Individuals seeking a fresh, creative environment for self-reflection People who want to blend wellness and emotional growth 📍 Location & Format Sessions are held in pre-approved outdoor areas (parks, walking trails, or other agreed-upon public spaces). Specific meeting locations will be shared upon booking confirmation. Sessions are typically 50 minutes. ⚠️ Important Notes Walk and Talk Coaching is weather-dependent. In case of inclement weather, sessions may be moved to virtual or rescheduled. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring water. This service is not suitable for individuals in acute distress or needing clinical mental health care. 📝 Booking & Disclaimer Addition: Walk and Talk sessions are considered coaching, not therapy. While I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am not a licensed therapist and do not provide clinical treatment. Walk and Talk sessions are offered for coaching and personal development purposes only.
